ABOUT THE LITTLE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Founded by Rebecca Little, The Little Virtual Assistant was established to provide executive-level support services to business owners, directors and CEO level professionals. The company’s aim is to offer skills and assistance to people who need to gain back precious time to focus on their business.

Rebecca Little is a highly professional Virtual Assistant with over 20 years’ experience providing PA and operational support to Director-level executives across a broad range of industries including consultancy, video games and financial services.

Following her UK education, Rebecca lived and worked in Spain for seven years and she speaks Spanish to mother-tongue standard. She began her career in support services for various small companies gaining skills in event management, credit control, international head-hunting and PA support. She worked for Purple Works, an internal communications consultancy, where she managed projects from conception to completion working with Sainsbury’s, Ordnance Survey, Sport England and the Lawn Tennis Association. During this time she also worked as Executive Assistant to the owner/director, supporting him in the writing and publishing of his first business management book.

As Executive Assistant to the EVP Global and VP Finance and Operations of the video games company THQ for six years, Rebecca managed busy and changing diaries, extensive travel and ad hoc projects. Based in Surrey, but with headquarters in Los Angeles, and offices in Australia and across Europe, it was vital to be able to work across time zones and communicate with different cultures.

Now with over 10 years’ experience working as a Virtual Assistant, she is highly skilled in supporting business owners and the ability to quickly learn their systems, processes and culture in order to add value to their business. The Little Virtual Assistant offers Virtual Assistants with a variety of skills to provide high-level valuable business operational support.

She asks her clients: “What are the things that only you can do? Where possible, outsource the rest! You will free up time to concentrate on the successful growth of your business.”

Rebecca is an avid walker and cyclist and she uses this valuable time for thinking whilst enjoying a variety of music. She is mother to two children and places a high importance on family life and friends.
